Today it’s all about a Boxing Day feast, as they rustle up mouth-watering dishes like bubble and squeak scotch eggs, plus a delicious baked ham with a spicy balsamic vinegar glaze. Christmas is all about pushing the boat out, whether that’s the food, the decorations, entertaining or giving gifts, and we meet the people who, in their own way, go the extra mile to make Christmas super special. Paul and Catherine have also selected their favourite 12 tastes of Christmas and they create dishes that celebrate two of their favourites: chestnuts and mincemeat.
